Mr. Abdul Ben-Foday is the Director of Corporate and Industry Affairs of the National Telecommunications Commission (NATCOM).Before picking up appointment at NATCOM, Mr. Ben-Foday has been an innovative Chief Executive Officer for African Information Technology Holdings Limited (AITH), a leading IT company in Sierra Leone.He has more than two decades experience managing complex Information Communication Technology (ICT) projects to the satisfaction of customers across the territories of Sierra Leone, Liberia and The Gambia.

During his work engagements, he has developed the ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural environment- He is a team player and an excellent communicator. He has skills in Consumer Rights activism, and provides consumers the opportunity to make their voice heard in management decision-makings with an opportunity to develop better understanding of consumer concerns. He has continued to provide safeguard mechanisms to promote a positive image of the Commission and improved services on issues relating to consumer rights and consumer protection. His desire is always to enhance and ensure consumer satisfaction.

Mr. Ben-Foday holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours and a Master of Science degree in Applied Sciences. During his excellent skills development, he has sojourned at University of Lagos, Nigeria; University of Pretoria, South Africa; and London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He has attended several strategic communication and management courses.
