Mr. Musa Jalloh is the Deputy Director, Regulatory Administration of the Commission.

Mr. Jalloh holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Systems. He also has other professional certification in Microsoft Technology, Computer networks using Cisco Technology, Database using Oracle Enterprise Applications and Microsoft SQL Server

Mr. Jalloh has over a decade of work experience in various disciplines of Information Systems, and has extensive working knowledge in Cyber Security, Data Communication, Management Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management, Security, Database development and working on Emergency Response.

Mr. Jalloh is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone in the faculty of Information Systems and Technology.  He is also a Retired Captain from the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces.

Mr. Jalloh provides leadership on the management of cyber related offences and awareness tips within the commission, monitoring compliance, Quality of Service, and also supports the National Cyber security Strategy. He also provides support on the cross border frequency coordination to mitigate harmful interference issues within the country and its borders.
