
Mr. Briama Ronnie Kargbo is the Director of Administration of the Commission.
Mr. Kargbo holds a BSc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of SL, a BSc. in Development Studies Birkbeck College, University of London and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Warwick Business School, Coventry in the UK.
Mr. Kargbo comes with a solid background and experience in Human Resource Management and Leadership in Africa and the UK as a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK and a Chartered Human Resource Analyst (CHRA).
Mr. Kargbo has served in various positions in Human Resource Management and Operations.
Beyond his career in Human Resources and Strategic Management, Mr. Kargbo, among his other initiatives and affiliations, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Brima Kargbo Foundation – a non-profit organization with the vision of interventions based on promoting Girl Child education; rather than give philanthropy away, the Foundation invests in Girls through scholarships, provision of learning materials, sanitary pads and giving Motivational Speeches to Girls in Schools. Mr. Kargbo provides leadership on the provision, development and retention of the human capital to drive and support the Commission by ensuring the alignment of people management practices to the Commission’s strategic plan and goal.
