Mr. Abdul Bah is the Director of IT at the Commission.

Mr. Bah holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Emphasis on Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sweden and the University of Sierra Leone

Mr. Bah has over a decade work experience in different disciplines of electrical engineering including the telecommunications where he

served in various Engineering and IT capacities in all the big MNOs in Sierra Leone. In 2010, Mr. Bah joined NATCOM as Spectrum Manager and member of the Cyber security team of the commission.

His professional achievement is outstanding; as he has several professional certificates in Spectrum Management, Diplomas and Certificates in Electrical Engineering & Telecommunications from Universities in Nigeria, India, France, USA and UK.   Mr. Bah was an associate lecturer in the Telecom Department, Njala University and an Associate Lecturer II Electrical and Electronic Department, Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone
