Consumer Parliament is a platform that the Commission brings forth to allow dialogue among the consumers, policy makers, regulators and service providers. Moreover, consumers are giventhe opportunity to compliment service providers, ask questions, make complaints or suggestions relating to critical issues on services provided. However, it also gives the opportunity to have Frank face-face discussion between consumers, service providers and the regulator at the highest dicission making levels.

In addition, this event increases consumer knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues in the Telecommunications sector.

Hence Information Communication Technology has become the trend, thus digital penetration is on everyone’s mind to be used to bridge the digital divide.
